Once again, the lemurs have been prostrating themselves in front of, no, wait, having cameras pointed at unwillingly* talking with the press.
This time, we were featured in the back pages (i.e. the social pages, daaaaahling) of Capital Times Wellington. Huzzah! All because of our awesome launch party, which was awesome (so awesome it broke Dane – a near impossible feat!), and also raised several hundred buckaroos (somewhere around $500, in fact).
Sorry ’bout the image quality – it was scanned. Apparently, the social pages don’t go on to their website (tsk, tsk!).

People we’d like to single out specifically are:
- Kowhai, for scanning this and sending it to me. I’d forgotten, obviously, to get a copy of it. Also,
- Angela, for that lipstick. It’s very, very red, and entirely her fault (seriously, she lept on me just as the photographer was pointing the camera at me, clearly knowing I would wipe it off asap).
Sadly, the pikkies don’t show my lemur-tail mini tail-thing at the back of my head… (Thanks to Cass at Wildilocksfor that!!).
And no. We have no idea why Dane took his glasses off for the photo.

* We’re happy to chat with them, but the female lemur is not photogenic, and both of us wince when people point those darned thingies at us**.
** The photos come out fine if we didn’t know they were being taken. Otherwise Dane looks smug*** and I look like the village idiot.
